Arasp Kazemian was born in Tehran , the capital of Iran ,on August 29, 1980. He is the first son of Abbas kazemianwho is a retired colonel of the Iranian Air Force Army now. Due to the Iran – Iraq war, Arasp's father and his family migrated to Booshehr province when he was only four years-old and they stayed there for six years.

Arasp got diploma from Dr. Hesabi high school. On 2001 he was admitted to the International Association of Web Masters and Designers, Florida USA and he got his certificates from the association soon. Arasp also got a BA Degree in Translation.

Arasp is currently working on different projects. The biggest one is www.ezaban.com which is going to be the most comprehensive online English institute for Iranians and www.parsbyte.com which is aimed to be an online virtual mall for selling software online. He is also the administrator of some websites which are mainly powered by Iranian Ministry of Communication and some University Committees.
